Techs showed up on time. Inspections of the job site before starting. Explanation of what was gonna happen and then got right to work. Put my sump pump in about 6 hours. Looks great and they did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone.

I am very pleased with the whole process. Eric came out to do my estimate and was very thorough and extremely knowledgeable. No BS, no used car salesman pitch. Answered all my questions and didn’t try to upsell me, gave it to me straight. I knew he knew what he was talking about and it made my choice to go with TC easy. The crew was very nice and friendly and worked very hard. When they were done I couldn’t even tell they had been there (no mess). I had wall anchor supports and a sump trench installed for waterproofing. It looks great and we’ve had a good rain storm since and no more water in the basement, it’s nice. Their pricing and customer service are excellent, and that makes all the difference in the world. They were a much more comfortable choice than some other big corporate companies. Will be using them again for future projects and recommending to friends and family.

We had a sidewalk and driveway raised that had settled over the years. The team that did the work was Daemon and his assistant, Guillermo. They were very professional and pleasant to interact with. Daemon had a great command of the work that needed to be done and took the time to explain exactly what would be done. At the conclusion of the job it was exactly as Daemon had explained.

I give Tomlinson Cannon an A+. Two years ago, they did some repair work that was fairly priced, professionally done, and done quickly. Yesterday, they came to look at a gutter, second story, that was not draining properly. Consensus of the neighbors was that the angle was incorrect. Tomlinson Cannon climbed up on the roof and discerned that the gutter was fine. However, the downspout was clogged at the top. He came down with a handful of twigs and leaves. I thanked him. He told me there was no charge. He almost got a hug! Thank you again!

I’ve known about Tomlinson-Cannon for many years. I’ve always been impressed with their workers and the advanced tools they use for the many services they offer. The main office staff is friendly. They don’t seem to have a lot of turnover with employees, so it’s really nice to work with the same people each time and build a relationship over time. It’s a sign of a healthy and well-managed business.

I write this letter in appreciation of the quality of work and professionalism demonstrated by the gentleman who installed gutters and downspouts at my home. He worked diligently and quietly for most of a warm day – I barely knew he was outside. His careful and thoughtful evaluations and measuring resulted in a gutter system that is satisfactory well beyond my greatest hope – impeccable job. He was so conscious of me and my concerns with the heirloom flowers that after he’d left, I discovered he’d carefully threaded the downspout extensions through my plants without damaging a single flower.
I work for a large local business and often see work crews in action. Please know that your employee is an asset and really an ambassador for your company. I hope you realize you are fortunate to have such a capable and respectful young man representing Tomlinson Cannon in the field.

I would like to thank you for the wonderful job of putting in the other half of the basement tile and new sump pit. It looks great. Your office employees were very courteous and responsive with any questions I had. The manager/salesperson was very knowledgeable and polite. He fulfilled all the commitments and beyond with the installers and the work itself. The installers were very respectful of my property and my animals. They were actually asking me to come down and take a look. They had answered all my questions and went above and beyond, in my eyes, the call of duty.
I was really impressed that they kept to the schedule of the two days with the work still looking exceptional. I would also like to say that they did a wonderful job of cleaning, and you wouldn’t have even known that they were there.

Frank and his assistant are hard workers, do excellent work and do a great job of making sure the work site is clean when they are done.
